As a Senior Marketing Specialist for Spacetoon GO, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to promote our titles and services. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer preferences, market trends, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, a creative mindset, and a proven track record of successful campaign execution in the entertainment or streaming industry.
Responsibilities:

Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns for Spacetoon GO titles and services, aligning strategies with business objectives.

Coordinate with Teams:
- Collaborate closely with content, design, and freelance teams to create compelling and effective marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.

Monitor Campaign Performance:
- Conduct regular testing and monitoring of campaign performance, providing timely feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Conduct Market Research:
- Carry out market research and competitor analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and opportunities for optimizing the marketing strategy.

Develop Communication Strategies:
- Create and implement communication strategies using various channels, including social media, email, television, and paid ads, ensuring a cohesive and engaging message.

Manage Timelines:
- Develop and follow a detailed timeline for all marketing activities, including production schedules, deadlines, and event dates.

Project Management:
- Manage and support the implementation of subprojects and cross-functional initiatives related to marketing campaigns.

Proofread Marketing Materials:
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all marketing materials through thorough proofreading.

Influencer Collaboration and PR activities:
- Research and identify potential influencers in the entertainment and streaming industry.
- Develop relationships with influencers to create collaborative campaigns and content.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility.

Events Marketing:
- Plan and execute offline events and on-ground activations to enhance brand presence.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, asset creation, and event coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Evaluate the success of events through post-event analysis and feedback.

Analyze and Report Results:
- Analyze campaign results and provide comprehensive reports, evaluating the impact and effectiveness of each campaign against key performance indicators.

Supervise Campaigns:
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with objectives and delivering measurable success.

Define Campaign Goals:
- Clearly define campaign goals and key performance indicators, aligning them with broader business objectives.

Identify Target Audience:
- Identify and segment the target audience based on their needs, interests, and preferences.

Choose Marketing Channels:
- Select the most suitable marketing channels and platforms for each campaign, optimizing them to reach and engage the target audience effectively.

Create Campaign Budget:
- Develop a comprehensive campaign budget, allocating resources wisely across various marketing activities.

Use Marketing Tools:
- Employ a variety of marketing tools and techniques, such as A/B testing, SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing, to maximize campaign reach and engagement.

Track Campaign Performance:
- Regularly track and measure campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.

Evaluate Campaign Effectiveness:
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations, assessing the overall effectiveness and return on investment (ROI), and implement learnings for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven +4 years of experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in the entertainment or streaming industry.
- Experiences in Agencies and inhouse activities
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques, including A/B testing, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Creative thinking and ability to adapt to evolving market trends.
- Exceptional Presentation and storytelling skills are a must.
- Solid Experience in PR and Influencers Campaign Management.
- Hands-on Events Management and Event marketing campaigns.
