Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instructional Designer Team Lead. The ideal candidate will lead a team of instructional designers to create engaging and pedagogically sound learning experiences for K-12 education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers, providing guidance and feedback.

• Develop instructional frameworks for digitized lessons across various subjects.

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure content aligns with K-12 educational standards.

• Review and approve storyboards to ensure quality and consistency.

• Work closely with eLearning and multimedia teams for seamless content development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of instructional design experience.

• Strong knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

• Experience in music, arts, and theater education is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in authoring tools and LMS platforms.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• A team player with a collaborative mindset.
