Position Overview:
We are hiring a passionate Instructional Designer to create engaging and fun learning experiences for K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design instructional materials and storyboards aligned with curriculum goals.

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to develop accurate and effective content.

• Ensure the instructional flow aligns with learning objectives and age appropriateness.

• Partner with eLearning specialists to integrate interactive and multimedia elements.

• Conduct revisions based on stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of instructional design experience.

• Experience with K-12 curriculum development and digital education.

• Familiarity with authoring tools and LMS platforms.

• Experience in music, arts, and theater education is strongly preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A team player with a collaborative mindset.
