Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced eLearning Team Lead to oversee the creation of interactive, multimedia-rich digital content for K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of eLearning specialists.

• Develop and oversee the creation of interactive learning modules, videos, PDFs, infographics, and gamified content.

• Ensure seamless integration of content into the LMS.

• Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia teams to align content with storyboards.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure technical and functional accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of eLearning development experience.

• Expertise in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

• Strong knowledge of SCORM, cmi5, and xAPI standards for learning content.

• Instructional design, game design, or UX experience is preferred.

• Strong project management and leadership skills.

• A team player with a collaborative mindset.
