Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Specialist to develop interactive digital content for K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop multimedia content, including videos, animations, interactive modules, PDFs, infographics, and gamified content.

• Work with instructional designers to translate storyboards into digital content.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure content compatibility with LMS platforms.

• Test and revise content based on feedback.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless content delivery and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in eLearning content development.

• Expertise in at least one of the authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

• Knowledge of SCORM, cmi5, and xAPI standards for learning content.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• A team player with a collaborative mindset.
