Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality eLearning content and LMS functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech and digital education environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for eLearning content and LMS operations.

• Lead a team of Quality Assurance Associates, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

• Conduct audits and reviews of digital learning materials and platform functionality.

• Collaborate with instructional designers, eLearning specialists, and LMS administrators to address quality issues.

• Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements for user experience and content delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in an EdTech or eLearning environment.

• Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A team player with strong leadership and communication abilities.
