Position Overview:
We are hiring detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associates to support the review and testing of eLearning content and LMS operations. This role ensures that our digital education solutions meet high-quality standards and provide an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and review eLearning content for functionality, accuracy, and compliance with SCORM/xAPI standards.

• Identify and document bugs, errors, and areas for improvement.

• Assist in maintaining LMS integrity by testing course uploads and platform functionality.

• Provide feedback to instructional designers and eLearning specialists on content quality.

• Participate in quality control audits and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in an EdTech or eLearning environment.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning content standards.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• A team player with excellent communication abilities.
