Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative Educational Game Designer to design digital games for eLearning platforms and engaging offline gamified learning experiences. The role focuses on creating interactive activities and game mechanics that enhance K-12 educational content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design SCORM-compliant educational games and gamified activities for eLearning platforms.

• Develop offline gamified experiences that align with K-12 curriculum objectives.

• Collaborate with instructional designers and educators to ensure alignment with learning goals.

• Prototype and iterate on game concepts for both digital and physical applications.

• Work with developers and production teams to implement game elements in various formats.

• Collect and analyze user feedback to optimize and improve game designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience designing educational games or gamified content.

• Strong understanding of SCORM standards, LMS integration, and gamification principles.

• Proficiency in game design tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and familiarity with tools for offline content creation.

• A collaborative team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
