Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive LMS Operations Specialist to manage the daily operations of the LMS, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience. This role also includes overseeing email communication campaigns to promote courses, updates, and learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage LMS operations, including content uploads, course setup, user accounts, and troubleshooting technical issues.

• Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting within the LMS.

• Plan and execute email campaigns to promote courses, share updates, and enhance learner engagement.

• Analyze LMS usage data and email campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align LMS functionality and communication efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

• Proven experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate LMS and campaign performance.

• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.

• A team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
