Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Design Lead to oversee the creation of visually stunning and impactful designs for our educational content. The ideal candidate will lead the graphic design team, ensuring that all projects align with our brand identity and resonate with young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the graphic design team to produce high-quality visuals for digital educational content.
• Develop creative concepts and design frameworks that align with learning objectives and appeal to the target audience.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and the multimedia team to ensure cohesive design execution.
• Oversee the design of assets such as illustrations, infographics, icons, and layouts for educational materials.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
• Stay updated on design trends and technologies to continuously enhance the quality of deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
• Experience in designing for educational content or working with children’s materials is a strong advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design and creativity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
