Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will create dynamic and engaging motion graphics that bring educational content to life. This role requires a passion for animation and a strong understanding of storytelling through motion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce motion graphics and animations for educational materials, ensuring they are engaging and educationally effective.
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers, subject-matter experts, and multimedia teams to bring ideas to life through motion.
• Create storyboards, animatics, and prototypes to visualize animation concepts before execution.
• Ensure animations align with project goals and meet brand standards.
• Optimize animations for different platforms, including mobile devices and web applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in motion design and animation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in motion design or animation, preferably for educational content.
• Proficiency in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of timing, pacing, and the principles of animation.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
