Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to lead and oversee the visual design direction for our educational content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the visual style, quality, and creativity of all materials align with our brand and educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual design direction of educational materials, ensuring they are engaging, consistent, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, motion designers, and other creative professionals.
• Develop and enforce design standards, ensuring all visual content is on-brand and visually impactful.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia teams, and subject-matter experts to bring content to life through compelling visuals.
• Oversee the development of design concepts, storyboards, and visual assets for various platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the highest quality of visual content.
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in an art director or leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in design and creative direction, with a focus on educational or children’s content.
• Proficiency in design and multimedia software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proven experience in managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
