As a Product Manager, you’ll work with engineers, customers, sales, and marketing teams to define and execute product initiatives. What You’ll Do

• Customer Focus: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, understand customer needs, and create clear, standardized documentation.
• Market Analysis: Continuously monitor competitors and emerging trends in the VOD industry.
• Roadmap Ownership: Manage and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring seamless collaboration with engineering and other teams for feature and product delivery.
• Release Management: Oversee the launch of new features and updates, coordinating across cross-functional teams.
• User Journey Optimization: Enhance user experience using frameworks like AARRR, data-driven initiatives, and A/B testing.
• Performance Insights: Track app performance, analyze customer behavior and market trends, and provide actionable insights focused on Product KPIs and business OKRs.

What We’re Looking For

• Native Arabic speaker, fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
  
• B2C experience is a must.
• Hands-on experience with digital platforms.
• Subscription based platforms experience is a plus. 
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and business counterparts.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market trends.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Passion for technology and a customer-first mindset.
