HR Administrator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to handle daily office operations, procurement, IT coordination, and travel management. This role ensures smooth workflow, maintains office efficiency, and provides essential support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Facility Management
- Oversee office cleanliness, maintenance, and asset management.
- Ensure adequate stock of office supplies, kitchen essentials, and stationery.
Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
- Manage procurement of office needs (Assets, supplies, equipment, kitchen items).
- Oversee contracts with cleaning services, office maintenance, and other vendors.
IT & Equipment Support
- Coordinate basic IT troubleshooting and liaise with external IT support.
- Track office IT assets, software licenses, and ensure timely maintenance.
Travel & Accommodation Management
- Handle flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation for employees.
- Manage visa applications and business travel logistics.
Administrative Support
- Handle correspondence, document filing, and office records.
- Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring office setups are complete.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration, purchasing, or travel coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
