Job Objective
Join us at Spacetoon Education as a Subject Matter Expert , Performing Arts (Primary Stage) and help shape the future of creative education for young learners in Saudi schools. In this role, you will guide children in developing expressive and motor skills through acting, recitation, movement expression, and role-playing. You will be responsible for ensuring all performing arts content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives, creating impactful experiences that foster confidence, creativity, and imagination.
Key Responsibilities
- Storyboard Review:
- Verify that performing arts content (acting, recitation, movement activities, role-playing) aligns with approved learning objectives.
- Ensure the content is free from conceptual or instructional errors.
- Artwork & Graphics Review:
- Review visual elements, scripts, and performance-related illustrations to confirm they support the intended educational message.
- Ensure visuals and scenarios are age-appropriate, culturally relevant, and free from inaccuracies.
- Final Product Review:
- Evaluate the final learning materials to confirm they reflect targeted performing arts learning outcomes.
- Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and free from errors before client delivery.
- Support to Production Teams:
- Provide expertise and clarifications related to performing arts concepts, techniques, and educational approaches.
- Offer constructive feedback to instructional designers, animators, and production teams to maintain high quality.
- Client Meetings & Coordination:
- Attend client meetings to understand specific educational needs in performing arts.
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable guidance for production teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Drama, Theater Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in teaching or developing performing arts curriculum/content for children.
- Strong knowledge of pedagogy and child development at the elementary level.
- Excellent understanding of performing arts methods for children (acting, role-play, movement, recitation).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across creative and educational teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to review scripts, visuals, and final products with accuracy.
- Proficiency in Arabic; good command of English (written and spoken).
