Sr. Product Manager
About the Role
Spacetoon Go is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the holistic product experience of the application across all platforms, user journeys, and monetization models.
This role operates at a strategic and executional leadership level, with full accountability for subscriber growth, revenue performance, and product coherence, while driving alignment across multiple product domains and Product Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Spacetoon Go app.
Drive sustainable growth of the active subscriber base and overall platform revenue.
Define and own app-level success metrics including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, churn, ARPU, and LTV.
Lead prioritization across product initiatives based on impact, scalability, and business value.
Ensure consistency and integration across all product verticals and user journeys.
Define, set, implement, and continuously improve a scalable and well measured product development operating process covering requirement intake, product discovery, user feedback, backlog management, execution and development, QA readiness, post-launch, and iteration ensuring full visibility, quality, and data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle.
Data, Analytics & Experimentation
Establish a strong experimentation culture across the product organization.
Define experimentation frameworks and oversee A/B testing and multivariate experiments at scale.
Leverage advanced analytics, cohort analysis, and funnel diagnostics to guide strategic decisions.
Translate data insights into actionable product initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Ensure product decisions are driven by evidence, not assumptions.
Leadership & Execution
Provide product leadership, mentorship, and direction to Product Managers.
Set high standards for product discovery, documentation, execution, and measurement.

Act as the primary escalation and decision point for complex product trade-offs.
Communicate product vision, priorities, and performance clearly to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
6–9 years of experience in product management for large-scale consumer products.
Proven track record of driving subscriber growth and revenue outcomes.
Strong expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and KPI-driven execution.
Experience leading multiple product domains and influencing cross-functional teams.
Excellent strategic thinking combined with operational rigor.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience in streaming, entertainment, or subscription platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent skills in product discovery, UX thinking, and writing clear product requirements.
Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to make decisions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and content teams.
Passion for kids' entertainment, anime culture, and digital media is a strong plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
