Sr. Performance Marketing Manager
Role Summary
Lead Spacetoon GO’s growth engine across paid acquisition + app store growth + web organic performance, driving subscriber acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion, retention impact, and CAC/LTV efficiency. You’ll own strategy, execution, testing, and measurement across channels while working closely with Product, Data, Creative, and Content teams to scale subscription growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own the subscription growth strategy end-to-end: acquisition, conversion, and efficiency (CAC, payback, LTV), aligned to monthly/quarterly targets.
Plan and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google (UAC/Search/YouTube), TikTok, Snap, and other relevant channels, with disciplined budget pacing and ROI management.
Build and optimize full-funnel journeys: install → onboarding → trial start → payment → renewal, partnering with Product to improve conversion rates and reduce churn leakage points.
Drive a high-velocity testing roadmap across creatives, audiences, bidding, app store pages, landing pages, offers, and subscription packages—turning results into repeatable playbooks.
Lead performance creative direction with Designers/Creative: define briefs, hooks, messaging, and iteration cycles based on data (thumb-stop rate, CTR, CVR, CPA).
Own measurement and data integrity across mobile + web: GA4/MMP events, pixel/CAPI, SKAN/ATT realities, attribution model alignment, and clean UTMs.
Build executive-ready reporting (weekly/monthly) and performance narratives: what happened, why, what we learned, and what we’ll do next.
Make ASO a growth lever by owning/store-driving: keyword strategy, creatives (icon/screenshots/video), localization, ratings/reviews strategy, and conversion rate optimization on store pages.
Improve SEO-driven acquisition by partnering with Content/Engineering to grow organic sessions and conversion: technical hygiene, keyword targeting, landing page structure, content briefs, and measurement of organic-to-subscription conversion.
Collaborate with CRM/Lifecycle teams to strengthen retention economics: retargeting, win-back, and lifecycle-trigger alignment (push/email/in-app), focused on subscriber quality not just volume.
Manage external partners (agencies, networks, platform reps), negotiate value, and enforce performance standards; mentor junior marketers and raise team execution quality.
Success Metrics (What “Good” Looks Like)
Lower CAC / CPI while maintaining or improving subscriber quality
Higher trial start rate, trial-to-paid conversion, and renewal/retention impact
Improved payback period and LTV:CAC ratio
Increased store page conversion rate and organic installs via ASO
Growth in qualified organic traffic and SEO-to-subscription conversion
Experiment velocity (tests shipped) and learning adoption into always-on campaigns

Strong mobile measurement knowledge: MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), GA4, event schemas, UTMs, SKAN/ATT constraints, and conversion APIs.
Strong analytical skills (Sheets/Excel, dashboards), able to translate data into clear decisions and prioritization.
Proven ability to run structured experimentation and optimization at pace.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration (Product, Data, Creative, Content).
