About the Role
Own and scale Spacetoon GO’s Music, Live Streaming, and FAST Channels as growth and revenue drivers. You’ll drive engagement, subscribers, retention, and monetization through product strategy, discovery, experimentation, and execution.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role at the intersection of product, data, and UX, where you’ll independently deliver measurable results in close collaboration with engineering, content, and growth teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the product roadmap for Music, Live Streaming, and FAST Channel experiences, aligned with business goals.
Translate strategy into execution by writing clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and experiment plans.
Drive active subscriber growth and monetization through feature optimization, pricing/packaging improvements, and continuous iteration.
Lead product discovery using qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and user behavior insights.
Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue.
Partner closely with Engineering and UX to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance streaming experiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Operations, Marketing, and CRM to maximize content reach and feature adoption.
Monitor and analyze core KPIs: MAU/DAU, activation, engagement depth, retention, churn, ARPU, and LTV.
Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities using dashboards, funnels, and cohort analysis.
Ensure product quality, reliability, and brand consistency across all platforms.
What You Bring (Requirements)
3–5 years of experience in product management for consumer digital products.
Excellent communication skills with strong execution discipline and ownership mindset.
Solid understanding of data-driven product development, experimentation frameworks, and KPI-based decision making.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation design, and result interpretation.
Proven ability to ship user-facing features end-to-end in partnership with engineering and design.
Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools and dashboards.
Experience in streaming, media, or subscription-based products is a strong plus.
What Makes You Stand Out (Nice to Have)
Experience with OTT platforms, music, live streaming, or FAST channels.
Background in growth experimentation, funnel optimization, or lifecycle product features.
Familiarity with monetization models such as subscriptions, bundles, or content-led growth.
Exposure to scaling products across multiple markets.
